  • speaking someone who is senior or socially superior to you 
  • returning purchased items to a store


Grammatical points: 

  • modest expressions
  • ~はずです（It is supposed to be the case~)
  • ~ないで (without doing x)
  • ~やすい・～にくい (easy to do ~/ hard to do~)
  • Kanji (about 30 Kanji)
