Prerequisite: Completion of Japanese 3, instructor’s permission or placement  (please contact us).

Topics covered in this class are:

  • Describing friends and families as well as one’s apparences.
  • Making plans for travel and parties


Grammatical points:

  • Verb conjugation: 1. Te-iru which is used for describing progressive state and resultant state and 2. Short form of verbs in present tense which are used for informal speech of Japanese.
  • Te-form of adjectives which is used for combining two adjectives.
  • Kanji (about 30 Kanji)
